Laundry Monster
So last night I had all my clean laundry in a basket in the living room ready to fold. Well when I wasn't looking, Miss Emily came up and tipped the basket, so all the laundry fell on her head and all over the floor. Needless to say, this was the coolest thing ever and she had a blast playing in my nice, clean, previously unwrinkled laundry.

Dinner and Ice Cream!
Yesterday we went out to eat for dinner.
Antonio just couldn't help himself from playing with the kids menu.
Emily was pretty thrilled with her roll.
This kept her busy for a long while.
Tonight after dinner we went out to get some ice cream! It was a great day for ice cream. It hit 85 degrees today!
Naturally, the ice cream got all over her face. She LOVED it and was so upset when it was all gone!

Bubbles!
It so nice today, almost 80 degrees outside, so Emily and I went out to play with bubbles!
She had such a good time, she loved them!
And then she decided she wanted to eat the bubbles, of course. Good thing the lid was on tight!
And this is how I found her this morning, before we went outside. I came back from the kitchen and there she was, happily sitting in the box. Silly girl.
Unfortunately, Antonio has duty today, but its supposed to be a great day tomorrow, so I'm sure we'll be out there again.
She had such a good time, she loved them!

Kas came to town!
Yesterday we went to lunch at CiCi's because Kas was in town! She and Nate got out of the Marine Corps back in the summer and have been back living in Maine. So this weekend, Kas and her mom came to town! I had a great time, but Emily was pretty fussy. She's discovered the power of the tantrum, so she threw a few fits. Plus she's STILL teething and generally dissastified with life.
Here is everyone that came. Justin with Jaidyn, Me and Emily, Lara and Mallari, Kas, Mandi and Maya, and Trina and Bradley (out numbered by all the girls!).
After we got home, the Stewarts came over for a bit to borrow our air mattress. While they were here, the girls played a little bit. Emily was too cranky to smile, but Lacey is such a ham!
Whatever Antonio was saying to them made them both unhappy!

At the park!
It was a little warmer today so I took Emily to the park. Tomorrow and Saturday its going to hit the 80s, so I'm sure we'll be back!
She had a blast, but wouldn't swing without the paci in her mouth!
She started to fall asleep from all the swinging! So we came back to the house!

Thanks Grandma and Grandpa!
Grandma and Grandpa sent us a box and we finally got it yesterday. In it was a new pair of heart shaped earrings for Emily and a baby doll too (and a couple pairs of pants for me)! 
Daddy was being silly and put the bow on Emily's head. She thought it was funny. (Please excuse her messy hair, she had just woken up from her nap!)
And after dinner and bath time Emily came downstairs to watch Dora and Diego. And she even played with her doll a little bit too!
She really loves it. She sate for a while just hugging the baby. She was giving it kisses too, but then started to chew on its face! Poor doll! I really wish this whole teething thing would end soon. Only a few more teeth to go! Thanks Grandma and Grandpa, we love it!

Very cute outfit that Aunt Jan sent for her birthday!
Daddy put his cover on her head and she loved it.
How cute! And always with that one finger in her mouth!
And this is how Emily is at this exact moment! She has been waking up very early every morning (which I am less than thrilled about), so by the time 11 roles around she is pretty sleepy. Here is where she wound up, I figured there was no point in moving her to her crib!
She has to go to sleep with 2 pacifiers. One in her mouth, the other in her hand. The one in her hand she rubs, and then she switches them back and forth until she is finally asleep. But then she loses them in the middle of the night and fusses until she finds them! Silly kid.
